Unify your guild stack

Stop juggling Discords, spreadsheets, and in-game chat.

Every guild ends up fragmented: roles drift out of date, automation breaks, information gets buried across too many servers, and cross-guild coordination turns into chaos. Guildmon merges it into one place — chat, voice notes, wiki, planning, tools, and a database of game data — with an API when you want to build on top.

One source of truth

Built-in wiki, pinned knowledge, and searchable history — not lost in 20 Discord channels.

Chat that actually works

Clean UI, voice notes, reactions, editing windows, and permissioned channels that match how guilds operate.

Tools + data built in

Calculators, squad optimisation, timezone sanity, VIP uploads, and APIs — without hopping between apps.

Why a Pre-Sale?

Running a service like this isn’t just about building features — it’s about sustaining a live, always-on system.

At its core, Guildmon maintains active connections to game servers to deliver real-time data feeds. Every server we support adds ongoing bandwidth and infrastructure overhead, and that cost scales continuously as the platform grows. This isn’t a one-time expense — it’s persistent, high-volume traffic that must be reliable and fast.

Development itself has also been intensive. This project has been built over more than three solid months of daily work — designing, building, testing, and refining to get it ready for public use.

To launch and operate properly, there are essential upfront and ongoing costs:

  • Infrastructure: servers, scaling capacity, and redundancy
  • Bandwidth: continuous real-time data syncing across multiple game servers
  • Enterprise tooling: GitHub Enterprise, Cloudflare Enterprise, monitoring and logging tools
  • Domains & networking: multiple domains, DNS management, SSL, routing
  • Security: protection against attacks, secure authentication systems, hardware key support
  • Legal & compliance: terms of service, privacy policies, and associated legal work
  • Development tools & licences: paid frameworks, APIs, and services
  • Operational buffer: a financial reserve to ensure stability and handle unexpected costs

The pre-sale helps:

  • Cover these costs upfront
  • Reduce risk and ensure the platform can scale properly from day one
  • Launch without compromising on performance or reliability
  • Let early supporters secure lifetime plans and additional perks before pricing expands

A small personal note

I hate asking for help — don’t be offended, I’m just putting it out there. We’re ever so close to launch and I’m checking if anyone wants to help fund the final push to get Guildmon over the line.

If not, no worries at all. If yes, the lifetime plans above directly help pay for the infrastructure, bandwidth, security, and tooling needed to launch properly.
